Whereas, @INFOBOGOR - SWARAYA BOGOR 2022 wishes to accept professional services from Grand Savero Bogor based on the preferred rates mentioned below and under the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

The agreement is eﬀective and the preferred rates below will be available upon receipt of a signed copy this agreement from @INFOBOGOR - SWARAYA BOGOR 2022.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

1. RATE RESTRICTIONS

a. The above rates are included of 21% Government Tax and Service Charge and subject to change without prior notice.

b. The hotel reserves the right to adjust the rate agreed within the contract period in the event of tax alterations by Government and Service Charge amandments.

c. Room rates are applicable exclusively to your company. All rates given are at the discretion of the Hotel and are received at the Hotel's decision.

d. Rates above are non-commissionable and not to be displayed on any public sites.

2. METHOD OF PAYMENT

In the event of Personal Account:

All guestroom charges including room and tax and/or incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual traveler. If a traveler does not have a credit card, a cash deposit will be required upon check in at the front desk.

In the event of Company Account:

Unless a separate written Credit Facility agreed by both contracting parties, Grand Savero Bogor is entitled to, at its discretion, accept and conﬁrm reservations upon advance payment only.

b. Transfer slip to be sent by scanned email to bogor@goldenﬂower.co.id.

c. Payment is cosidered made when the payment has been proven received by an account belongs to Company @INFOBOGOR - SWARAYA BOGOR 2022.

d. All bank charges should be borne by the sender.

3. CREDIT FACILITY

a. A written request to propose Credit Facility is required in order to have the approval of Grand Savero Bogor.

b. Grand Savero Bogor shall provide invoices to the corporate concerned particularizing the charges incurred by the corporate or its group.

c. Grand Savero Bogor reserves the right to refuse any new booking on a credit facility basis until all outstanding accounts are settled.

4. RESERVATION POLICIES

a. Reservations can be made through our Reservation.

b. Request for Room Number and Smoking / Non Smoking Room are strictly subject to room availability upon group check-in.

c. One night deposit will be required for guest staying more than 2 (two) nights by guaranteed reservations.

d. Grand Savero Bogor reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any reservation(s) if the room(s) requested is unavailable at the time of reservation.

e. Guaranteed Reservations require either Guarantee Letter, Credit Card or Cash Deposit which must be received by Grand Savero Bogor before the traveller's check in, otherwise the Hotel shall APPLY WALK IN RATE to the traveller(s) and should be settled by traveler(s) upon check out.

f. Non-Guaranteed Reservations are held up to 18.00, thereafter released automatically. In the event of high occupancy, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations without prior notice.

g. Group rates of minimum 10(ten) rooms travelling together are available upon request.

5. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES

a. No cancellation Fee:

If the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the guests arrival.

b. 50% charges of the price of 1(one) night:

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the guests arrival.

c. 100% charges of the price of 1 (one) night:

If the cancellation is made on the same day of the guests arrival.

d. "No Show" will be charged one night's room charges on each room blocked, food and beverages or other inquiry as stated on Guarantee Letter and all deposits are Non-Refundable.

6. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME

a. Check-in time is at 14.00 and Check-out time is at 12.00.

b. Early Check-In is subject to room availability

c. Late Check-Out is subject to room availability and will be charged as follows: Check-Out after 15.00 – 50% of rates agreed

Check-Out after 18.00 – 100% of rates agreed

7. FORCE MAJEURE and POSTPONEMENT POLICY

In the event of force majeure occurs due to earthquake, ﬂood, ﬁre, storm, natural disaster, war, terrorism, armed conﬂict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, or other similar events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to perform the terms and conditions of the agreement, to hold the meeting or to provide the facility, the agreement may be terminated or revised for any of the above reasons with written notice from one party to the other as supporting data, and any payment which previously made will be kept as ﬂoating deposit which is valid for 6 (six) months since the date of the postponement notiﬁcation.

8. FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

Grand Savero Bogor does not allow any outside or Hotel guests bring food and beverage items to the premises. Any incoming delivery will be subject to charge based on hotel's policy.

9. LIABILITY

Grand Savero Bogor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function, which may damage the Hotel's reputation or may aﬀect its business and security. The hotel will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any property brought into the Hotel. The client agrees not to put any signs, displays, and streamers on electrical connections without permission from the Hotel and client agrees not to drive nails and screws into permanent parts of the Hotel or its property. Damage arising in consequence of the above worth will be charged to the client. All Advertising and entertainment using the hotel name must have approval from

management before distribution. The hotel will not be held responsible for discussion or press release or entertainment from the meeting. It’s strictly forbidden to smoke within the non smoking area.

10. TERMS OF CONTRACT

This contract shall be binding upon by both parties after being signed by company authorized representative and returned to Grand Savero Bogor in hard or soft copy within 7 (seven) working days from the above mentioned date. After which this oﬀer should be deemed null and void.

This Rate Agreement supersedes any previous Rate Agreement.

This Rate Agreement is valid upon accepted of the above terms and conditions.

In order for us to include your company in our listing for preferential rates, please notify your acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement by email the signed agreement to Asdirector.sales@grandsavero.com.
